  • Hospital/Specialist appointment booking/self-referral: To book or self-refer for a hospital or specialist appointment, you will need to provide some basic information, such as your name, address, date of birth, and the reason for your appointment. You will also need to choose a hospital or specialist. Once you have booked or self-referred, you will be contacted by the hospital or specialist to confirm your appointment.
  • Cancelling, re-scheduling – accompanying at the appointment can be discussed: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can call your surgery or use their online booking system. If you need help with this, we can assist you. We can also discuss accompanying you to your appointment.
  • Medical correspondence translation/response via email or phone: If you receive medical correspondence in a language you do not understand, we can translate it for you. We can also respond to medical correspondence on your behalf.
